We utilize USPS for all domestic US shipping. You have options to choose the best and most cost-effective way to ship your products at checkout process.

Delivery time: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

Before shipping your order, normally MermaidDip needs 1-3 days for preparation and packaging, depends on typical items. Therefore, the processing time is separate from the delivery time. We make every effort to ship all orders as fast as possible to make orders will go out the same day, but we cannot guarantee. Thank you for understanding!

FREE U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING on all orders over $45. All orders must subtotal over $45 before taxes and shipping in order to qualify for the free shipping promotion.

  1. We will deliver the items in 2 working days (except weekends) after receiving your payment. Parcel takes from 1 to 14 days to arrive which depends on your selected shipping method. Delivery time depends on destinations.
  2. Orders processed timely after the payment verification.
  3. We only ship to orders with confirmed addresses. Your order address must match your Shipping address.
  4. SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.
  5. If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply.
  6. We do not ship to hotels if the credit card or email address is registered out of the United States.
  7. We can only ship to your permanent address. We cannot ship to any of these locations: hotels, motels and resorts.

We do not ship outside of the Continental U.S.

Cancellation of orders must be done within 24 hours once the order has been place. Please keep your invoice number on hand, you need it when sending in your cancellation request.

Q: How to cancel an order?
A: You can send us a message by logging in and clicking on the "Chat with Mermaid Dip" button beside your order detail. Select "Returns and Refunds Policy" from the drop-down list and let us know what you need. We will message you back to confirm whether your order could be canceled at time.

All our items will be checked and packed in good condition before shipping. We will try our best to satisfy all our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item to us under the original condition within 15 days of receipt for a refund or an exchange. Before return the item, please contact us for the detailed return exchange instruction. We will refund you after receiving the returned items.

Condition to have full refund:
  - Returned items must be in the same condition as received.
  - NO Refund: Strange scent (Perfume, Odor), Seals broken or Opened.
We can't accept the exchange or canceling after your order has been shipped.
When you return product, please include a note with:
  - Your name
  - Order Number / Code Order
  - Product ID number / SKU number
  - A brief reason for the returned product.
Buyer will pay for the shipping cost for returning the items.
