PAY WITH CREDIT/DEBIT CARD

The available credit card options are listed above. The credit card companies listed above are the most commonly used credit cards on this website. Do not worry if your credit card company is not listed, we encourage you to go ahead and make the purchase.

Please note that MermaidDip does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for information.

PAY WITH PAYPAL

When you place an order with PayPal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.
You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on "Pay with Debit/Credit Card" and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal.

• PayPal Checkout is fast. It allows current and new PayPal users to checkout much faster than older versions of PayPal checkout.
• Payment is traceable. You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account.
• Payment does not require you to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account).
• MermaidDip.com doesn't see your credit card number (it is safely encrypted through PayPal's server), which limits the risk of unauthorized use.

• With PayPal, you can send payment quickly and securely on-line.
• Through PayPal, you can pay with credit card, debit card, bank account balance or PayPal balance.

• PayPal Credit is recommended for current PayPal users to checkout with PayPal’s “PayPal Credit” service.
• PayPal Credit also allows customers to checkout without a PayPal account using their debit or credit card.
• Payment is traceable. You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account.

PAY WITH STRIPE

Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover payment options PayPal and PayPal Credit. Gift cards that display the Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover logos are also accepted. When using a Diner's Club International or JCB card, select Discover as your payment type. Gift cards that display the Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover logos are also accepted.
Please make sure to enter your billing information (first name, last name, billing address, and credit card information) exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Once you place your order you may see a pending authorization on your account that is generally removed within 3-5 business days or once your order has shipped and payment has been submitted. You will be notified via e-mail or phone if a problem exists with the payment information you provided during checkout.
All prices and amounts are in U.S. dollars. The actual price charged to International customers is subject to the exchange rate applied by the bank and credit card company. Please contact your bank directly with questions regarding conversion rates and fees.

"COUPON CODE" AND "BONUS POINTS"

You can apply coupons and bonus points to your order at checkout. Once you’ve entered your coupon code and MermaidDip Points, click “apply” and the discount will automatically adjust your order total. Please note that if you do not click” apply” before continue checkout, your order total will not reflect coupon and Bonus Point discount.

• Please make sure that you enter the coupon code exactly as you received it, with no space before, within, or after it. To avoid errors, we recommend you to copy/paste the promotional code you received.
• Coupons cannot be combined. You can only use one coupon code per order.
• Coupons are subject to offer terms. This does exclude some items on our website which are not eligible for coupon discounts.
• You can pay up to 70% of your purchase with bonus points at checkout. Remember that 100 points = $1.

SALES TAX

1. What is Sales Tax?
Current law requires us to collect sales or other applicable state taxes, based on the order's "ship to" address, in those states or jurisdictions where MermaidDip stores are located. MermaidDip follows the guidelines for each state as they pertain to your order. Most states assess sales tax on shipping and handling charges. Tax displayed during the checkout process is an estimate and is labeled accordingly. All applicable taxes will be clearly displayed on the invoice that accompanies your order.

2. How much is Sales Tax?
Sales Tax is calculated on the total merchandise value of your order, after discount. The tax is calculated based on combined state and local tax rates, as applicable, and the items you are purchasing. We'll always show you how much Sales Tax you'll be charged when you go to checkout. The Sales Tax shown at checkout will be for your default address and will be updated if you change your delivery address.

3. Will Sales Tax be refundable?
In case if you return your item for a refund, the Sales Tax will also be refunded back to your original payment method.
